Shipping. Barcelona city: free home delivery in 24-48 hours. Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: free shipping for a limited time. Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside Spain: quoted individually, write to us. Your candle will arrive within 5 working days at most.
Returns. You have 14 calendar days from receiving your candle to return it, no questions asked. Write to us at [email protected] and we'll tell you how. The candle must arrive unlit and in its box. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the amount within 14 days of receiving it, using the same method you paid with.
Personalised candles. Candles with a photo or initials are made just for you, so the law does not allow them to be returned. If we made a mistake, we remake it at no cost.
If it arrives broken or faulty. Email us a photo as soon as you receive it. We replace it or refund you, and we pay the shipping.
